Megan Cavazos is a voice and piano teacher at  Marquette School of Music. Growing up in McAllen, TX, her love for music started in her elementary music class where she started learning how to read music, began performing and introduced to different instruments. She played clarinet in band from 6th-12th grade and also in sang in her high school choir. She went to The University of Texas Rio Grande Valley where she studied Music Education with specialization in singing and graduated with Cum Laude honors. She has sang in The Master Chorale alongside The Valley Symphony Orchestra in the RGV, has taught private piano and voice lessons, as well as middle school and high school choir. She is currently the music teacher at Crain Elementary School and giving piano and voice lessons at Marquette School of Music.
